What Our Clients Are Saying
“Rachel has totally changed the way I view my relationship with my body. Here I was, thinking that pelvic health shouldn’t matter to me until I was older… when in reality, knowing what’s going on helps me make better choices for my body every day.”

About Rachel, a Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist
Thank you for coming to the website and learning about the work that I do. I’m Rachel (she/her), a licensed occupational therapist (OT) with special interests in pelvic health, sex positivity, trauma-informed care, and social justice.
As an OT, I am passionate about helping others to heal when they face functional challenges that limit living life to the fullest. I started my career working with older adults, and have since become specialized in eating disorders and pelvic floor dysfunction, inspired by my own healing journey.
I use holistic modalities to help my clients reach their pelvic health goals and am especially passionate about continuing to grow as a person and practitioner while meeting my clients where they are at.
